A & A Electric started in 1994 as an electrical contractor wiring residential homes. The company quickly grew into one of the largest residential electrical contractors in Southern Minnesota, working with over 30 general contractors.

In 2002, the focus changed from solely being a residential electrical contractor to include the wiring of commercial and multi-family buildings. Similar to the growth we experienced in the residential market, our growth in the commercial and multi-family field has increased each year. We've done numerous design/build projects, ranging from restaurants to multifamily facilities. We have an excellent standing with our vendors, as well as the general contractors that we work with. In 1998 an underground utility division was added to the company. It started out with installing phone and cable lines. More recently the big push is for fiber optic cable. We've worked on numerous fiber to the home projects with KM Telecom (our local telephone company), Farr Technologies and Finley Engineering to name a few. We have a hard working staff that takes great pride in quality workmanship an we pride ourselves in keeping within budget.
